Develop Dashboard #1

Following are current features we need for the dashboard:

list of pictures in dashboard fashion, example below:

Can either see the rating below the picture, or hover over picture with mouse to see rating.

Click on picture, will see popup or new page that has: -rating -comment thread

Also, functional features include for a user who is logged in, will call Instagram api to retrieve pictures and need to display Instagram pictures on dashboard
