bdist_rpm fails #71

Run `python setup.py bdist_rpm`

Must build RPM packages.

Output:
running install_data
error: can't copy 'LICENSE': doesn't exist or not a regular file

Add LICENSE to MANIFEST.

The LICENSE file is included in the downloads. If this issue were still 
relevant please reopen it.
