Description

Integration test for cudos-node after un-forking Cosmos SDK to version 0.45.16(#111)

Changes

Add test suite to support testing, based on #109 but add custom logic for Cudos
Add integration test for CreateValidator functionality

TODO

[ ] Decide where to place the test, currently it is resided in a module, which isn't ideal since we are testing the whole chain.
[ ] Find out cases to tests to ensure seamless upgrade.
