docs/howto/run-a-cue-command: Running a CUE command #102

A howto that demonstrates a basic cue command/task being run, taking the most appropriate example from cue help commands.

This might need to be a multi-stage how-to guide, as a code block probably doesn't give us the multiple executions that it'll take to show off the tag injection, etc.
