docs/concept/json: adapt, reword, and replace docs/integration/json #67

Adapt and reword docs/integration/json/ so it's more friendly, especially as a page that can be linked to from the new docs/integration page and from the front page.

Explain:

that JSON can be read by the cue CLI
that/how JSON can be emitted by the cue CLI
the stdlib functions that exist to deal with JSON
