Now that docs/concept/querying-use-case is (going to be) linked to, from /docs, we should expand it into a more useful page. Let's still keep the CUE/Go split, as well as explicitly marked callouts to proposals (e.g. https://cue-lang/issue/165), but perhaps expand the futurism to include the idea that queries could be resolved to out-of-CUE processes/APIs/etc, e.g. SQL calls.
