docs/language-guide: hide for go-live #79

Temporarily hide the LG for go-live.

Remove it from:

LH nav
/docs
search results
inbound links from across the site, especially the Glossary
site-wide page footer

If easiest, leave it in place on the site so that inbound links don't break. Consider using Hugo's TODO markers, but only if there's a way to allow folks to develop it locally whilst these are in place.
