Add support for private registrations #111

This is an umbrella issue to track enhancing Unity to support private registrations.

Currently, only public GitHub repositories can be added to Unity.

I'm going to be using this umbrella issue to post periodic progress updates over the next few months. You can subcribe on the right sidebar to get notifications.

Private registrations work now; we will announce publicly soon. I will use an "announcements" discussion at https://github.com/cue-lang/cue/discussions/2427 to allow users to subscribe to updates, so I'm closing this for now :)
