hello,Can the polygenic risk score be calculated using the pleiotropy loci found by PLEIO? In addition, MTAG requires that the correlation between multiple traits is more than 0.7. I think it is mentioned in the literature that PLEIO only requires a correlation of more than 0.15.

Yes, you can calculate PRS using PLEIO. In the published paper(AJHG, 2021), we recommended analyzing traits with a genetic correlation greater than 0.15 for each trait pair. It will increase your chances of getting positive results from your PLEIO analysis.
