Hi: How long does a pleio analysis take (three traits, 6cpu)? My analysis has stayed for more than 24 hours after outputting "Wrote tabulated inverse cdf".

Hi, I think that 24 hours is enough to finish an analysis that combines three traits. How many variants are you testing?

The analysis program is still running. about 7 million SNPs in the snps.txt.gz file.

Analysis time may vary slightly depending on computer performance. Since your analysis includes many variants to be tested, can you wait a little longer?
