Xplace does not seem to support fences and groups. If I want to do a placement with fence and group constraints, how should I use Xplace?

We haven't yet supported the fence region.

If you want to try fence regions in Xplace, you can handle them using multiple-density systems.

For example, treat the main die and the various fence regions as different density systems.
