As part of the research project, the workflow needs to be contained in docker.

build a docker container of minimap2 using the dockerfile outof cuhkhaosun/base image
upload the docker image to docker hub repo of your own
upload the Dockerfile to https://github.com/cuhk-haosun/workshop-docker in a folder with your name using PR
