2 years ago While we're on the subject of Open Graph (and making changes to the article post type), maybe I should also add a description/summary field?

It could just assume that the first image in an article is the 'featured' image, but explicit is better than implicit. The featured image can be used as the 'hero' image on individual article pages and as the Open Graph image for social media. Some interesting edge cases:
It is feeling like the hero image and the Open Graph image are two different things.
