Style Update #283

SMS Popup is the best option out there for sms popups, but it is looking 
out-dated. Can you give it a more modern styling? In particular I'd like for it 
to visually fit in with Android 4.0

Better ICS support and styles have been added now. This will be in the next 
release (aiming for jan/feb 2012).
