Ignored-contacts list: don't include unread messages from them in popup #340

If a contact is ignored via custom notification, is there a way to suppress 
unread messages from this ignored contact so they won't show in the popup queue 
when a message from another contact arrives? 

SMS Popup: "thats a good feature request. A few other people have asked for 
similar. It makes things complicated though because if you have notifications 
ON, but popup OFF, the notification count will be different from the popup 
count. Right now they essentially use the same code to stay in sync. Also if 
you have a lot of custom contact notifications it could start to slow things 
down if there are a lot of unread messages (for each one I need to scan the 
custom contact notification database to see if there is a match) - but I think 
i can make some updates to fix this."

I have my Twitter messages (the ones that I set to come in via SMS) set for NO 
notification and NO popup.  Basically I just want SMS Popup to ignore them, so 
perhaps it would work better in this case, since both notification and popup 
are set to NO?

I'm the OP (but using a different account). Twitter is exactly what I'm 
ignoring with No Notification and No Popup.

And yes, Twitter is set to no notification and no popup, which works until a 
new message from a popup contact arrives. Twitter unread messages would then 
show up on the popup.
