"Noisy" Contact Custom Notification: option to always play the alert sound even in silent mode #342

Some contacts are more important than others. Is it possible to have an option, 
in the custom contact notification settings, to make this contact's alert 
always make a sound even if phone setting is silent?

(Llama application calls it Noisy Contacts - calls from these will ring even if 
the phone is in silent profile)
