What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install AT&T Messages
2. Receive Message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When receiving an SMS, expect a popup with various options for reply, inbox, 
etc.  Instead, there is no notifications, and when I go to the stock SMS app, 
the message is there.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.2.4 on AT&T HTC One X Android version 4.0.3

I have a galaxy s3 with AT&T message and SMS pop up does not function.

Not working on galaxy s3 with at&t messages app installed. Running rooted stock 
4.04

Same here.  No pop up when in sleep mode.

Does removing the AT&T Messages app fix this issue?  Noticed odd behavior when 
running SMS Popup on both the S3 and Note 2 both on AT&T.
