Message double send problem from Samsung Galaxy S2 #355

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When sending a message from the pop up the recipient receives two messages 
2. It is a known issue with the Galaxy S2 on ICS
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect one message to send but two are sent.. Only one of these is shown in the 
messaging app

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running sms pop up v1.2.4 on Android 4.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a known issue with the Galaxy S2 on ICS using 3rd party messaging apps. 
It has been fixed by handcent

The problem is still there, handcent does not fix the issue
