I would like to be able to see SMS popup notifications when I receive text 
messages through Google Voice.

2nd on that. I have been looking for a good solution for this for years. 
Literally. I have a current list of apps that have somewhat successfully gotten 
this to work. None are even close to perfect though and the most reliable need 
extensive permissions.
List available with my research if helpful.
