Sound and vibration stop working #388

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. SMS Popup is working just fine for awhile
2. SMS Popup stops using sound and vibration at some point
3. Restart phone, SMS Popup is working just fine for awhile

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect sound and vibration, but it does not work. Also does not work using the 
test feature. After rebooting phone it will start working again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.2.4
Android v4.0.3
SAMSUNG-SGH-I777
