README doesnt make clear if libunwind problem affects correctness in the runs that don't segfault #364

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. reading the readme
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the readme to define if in cases when some runs fail (because 
libunvind problems) if successful runs generate correct profiling data.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.83

The README says, "it will sometimes work, but sometimes cause a segfault."  
Overall, I think the README here is pretty clear that the problems are not 
around correctness.

Well I dont want to get into how clear it is, but *I* didnt get the feeling 
that correctnes is guaranteed from the README. But still tnx for the reply.
