Specify version for exported packages #178

Currently snakeyaml does not specify version for exported packages. Small patch 
attached in this issue adds this information.

P.S.
Apparently, the hg-git plugin is not perfect. I could pull the patch to HG 
repository, but I cannot push new changes to GIT repository. It will take some 
time to make GIT repository up-to-date.
