As a lecturer, I want more flexibility in setting up my quiz questions and presenting feedback.
[ ] Increase the maximum number of options to 7. When adding questions, question starts with the current default of 4, but a '+' icon or similar below the fourth option allows the lecturer to add another option until the maximum of 7 is reached. Handle presentation of more than 4 options in the lecturer and student views during the live quiz.
[ ] Lecturers can add extra information for a question, which students will be able to see when they retake quizzes. This can clarify why the correct answer is the correct answer, or point students towards the electronic resource or slides that contain the appropriate information. Lecturers would have the option of clicking on an 'i' button or similar to reveal a text field into which information can be typed. Students retaking a question see the information (if entered) after making their choice and revealing the correct answer.
