More superuser functionality

As superuser, I want to be able to view and edit more data, to correct errors in email addresses, and manually change any unacceptable nicknames.

• Superuser should be able to edit email address and nickname for all users
• Or have more general ability to interact with and change elements of database using a web interface (along lines of phpMyAdmin) or program (along lines of pgAdmin). Does not need to be user-friendly.

I would suggest we look into using Redash for this second point, though this is a paid-for service.

We've had a discussion with @Danwhy and we would not recommend using Redash for this purpose, as it is mainly used for viewing data.

After having a look at the list of options we have https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Community_Guide_to_PostgreSQL_GUI_Tools#Open_Source_.2F_Free_Software I'd recommend that we go with pgAdmin3.

It's available on all platforms and can be used for viewing and editing information. The setup is a little long and can be confusing, so I suggest we set up a call early next week where I can take you through the very basic functionality, likely to take 15 mins or less. Alternatively, happy for you to play with the software by trying to connect to the staging version database and see how you find it.

Oh that makes life pretty easy - I used pgAdmin to interact with a cached version of the database downloaded from Heroku and stored locally. I'm a bit nervous about interacting with the live database, so would make sense to connect to the staging version to limit the damage I could potentially do. Could you send me connection details?
