Lecturer interaction with badges

• Allow lecturer to view criteria set for awarding badges (currently lecturer can view criteria for gold/silver/bronze scores, but not badges)
• Allow lecturer to change criteria for awarding badges under following conditions:
  1. Can increase criterion if no badge of that type has been awarded
  2. Can decrease criterion, but where the decrease automatically qualifies existing users for a particular badge, this is only checked/awarded on completion of the next quiz
• Customisation of badges : Allow lecturer to change subset of (title, colour scheme, graphic), so that gaining badges in different modules does not appear as repetitive to the student

Point 2. Unsure about increasing or decreasing criterions. There is a lot to think about here and definitely not straight forward.
