Warning users that their trial is about to expire

As a lecturer, I want to know in plenty of time when my trial is going to expire, so that it doesn't suddenly happen when I'm about to run a quiz.

One month before the end of the free trial, when the user logs in, in the space above the word 'Modules' on the post-login landing page, add a full-width bar in a salient colour, with the text "This free trial will expire in X days - you will not be able to log in after that point. Please make sure you upgrade or finish running all your quizzes before then." Or if easier "This free trial will expire on X Month Year..."
In the email that lecturers receive when they sign up for a free account, include a sentence "Your trial will end three months from today."

@stianr The first point of this issue has been completed, but we didn't have enough time left over for the second one.

Hey @stianr - could you please test this in staging

username: trialneverexpires@city.ac.uk
password: the usual one
trial expiry time: 25 days (at time of writing)
banner will appear once there are 30 days remaining in trial
you can create a new trial account and see that the banner won't be showing as there's 3 months remaining
