fixed bugs

• group admin is now ablw to see the dashboard icon in the nav bar
• admin can only click on the button in nav bar to go to the given area related to #620
• reverted formatting of group admin client view, not showing the logged in user.
• bug in adding userlimit is fixed, no longer dissapears when value is empty
• also added additional validartion for user limit when editing. related to #623
