Deploy latest version #663

There is a 'Please Test' still open on the issues list, but I'm happy for us to deploy as soon as is convenient, so that the user experience (particularly around fixing the display issues) is better for demoing the main functionality.

Thanks @Danwhy. Looking good - formatting issues fixed, and I'll look at the account management stuff shortly and reopen if needed.
