Asynchonous version of Quodl

As a lecturer I want to be able to set up quizzes that students can complete in their own time, as well as the live in-lecture quizzes that Quodl currently supports. I want to be able at the end of a lecture to make a new quiz live, and to tell students to complete it before the next lecture. In the next lecture I then want to be able to close the quiz and go through the answers.

Lecturer experience

• Adding a quiz will work in exactly the same way as before
• On the lecturer dashboard, the current options of Edit, Preview and Run for each quiz will have a further toggle button "Run outside lecture". Clicking it disables the 'Run' option, gives a visual indication that the quiz's status has changed, and is then available to be completed by students. Clicking it again changes the status to a quiz that has been run

Student experience

• On the main module dashboard, the system currently checks whether there is a live quiz available. In the same way, when a student accesses this page, the system should check whether there are any non-completed Outside Lecture quizzes. If there are, a button should appear indicating that a quiz is available, like the 'Join Live Quiz'. Clicking should take students to a menu page that lists the quizzes available
• Menu page: Boxes containing the titles for all the Outside Lecture quizzes that are active should be displayed, along with boxes for previous Outside Lecture quizzes that have been made available. Status of the quiz - not taken yet or already taken - is shown. Clicking on an active quiz starts the quiz running
• Quiz running mechanics. When a user clicks to run the quiz, the presentation is identical to a live quiz with the following exceptions: 1. No holding page before quiz starts - goes straight to Q1; 2. No time limit or automatic advancing of questions. 3. Pressing an option makes a 'Next' button appear, clicking the 'Next' button advances in the same way as the lecturer advancing question in the live version does. [Will need to handle what happens if the user quits part way through - ideally continue from latest question.]

Addition to lecturer experience

• Once a quiz is completed, the lecturer view of the quiz in the module overview has an additional button "Show answers", which jumps to the review that follows immediately after running a live quiz.

Two reasons for this: (1) Sometimes lecturers don't want to go through the answers immediately at the end of the quiz, but if they exit they have no way of returning to go through the answers later; (2) With the new asynchronous version, there needs to be a way of allowing the lecturer to show how people responded.
