Separate consent checkboxes for privacy & cookies

As an admin I would like to see separate consent checkboxes for cookies and the privacy policy on sign up So that we are compliant with GDPR.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Keep the current consent box for the privacy policy, removing including the use of cookies
• [ ] Keep the validation, ensuring students can't register without agreeing to the privacy policy
• [ ] Change the error message wording when someone doesn't tick the privacy policy box to: You need to accept the privacy policy to register
• [ ] Above the privacy policy checkbox add a checkbox with the label: I agree to the use of cookies for anonymised analytics collection and to keep me logged into the application where use of cookies is hyperlinked to https://app.quodl.co.uk/#/privacy
  • [ ] If this box is not checked, ensure a student cannot register
  • [ ] If this box is not checked, display the red alert message with the wording: You need to consent to the use of cookies to register

@stianr Please note I have created this issue for 'step 1' of what we discussed - it's worth opening a separate issue to split out the cookies checkbox into cookies for anonymised analytics tracking and for keeping users logged in.
