Photos are not uploading/ showing properly on staging #35

We added Amazon S3 for image hosting but at the moment images are not working on staging. Need to investigate why this is.

Currently get 'err' message when you try to upload a new image. Old images are not showing.

Fixed. Somehow the env variables for S3 were missing from the heroku account. They have now been re-added.

@iteles - to test go to the staging site and on the landing page you should be able to see the badge images next to the text paragraphs. Or if you want you can go to a blog page and try adding/uploading a new image.
