Show author of blog posts on blogs #37

Currently the author of blog posts only appears at the bottom of the page if the person viewing the page is logged in as an Apostrophe admin.

This block needs to appear to everyone.

Found someone on stack overflow with the same problem, having contacted them they have now posted their answer to the problem. Haven't yet had a chance to give this a go: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47837933/author-of-articles-are-not-shown-to-non-logged-in-users-in-apostrophe-cms
