The existing app is at: https://www.quodl.co.uk

We will be setting this site up on a subdomain, details TBC

[ ] Get subdomain details from @stianr
[x] Set up hosting on heroku

Assigning myself to take a little look at the hosting situation for Quodl (i.e. if heroku is held under a test gmail username, it might be good to keep it all under the same one).

There is no specific requirement for heroku. Please just go ahead and set it up (shared with myself and @shouston3 as well) and we can then transfer ownership to @stianr when ready.

👍 Last step is up to @stianr here. Dependent on content being created for the website. Stian has ownership of the domain name.
