Change page titles to AgriSufia instead of Blacklight #20

The tab in a browser reads Blacklight. It should be AgriSufia. This is driven off Blacklight in the html . Need to change the page title to AgriSufia. Not sure where in Sufia/Blacklight this is configured.

This was addressed at the same time as re-branding. See issue https://github.com/cul-it/agrisufia/issues/4 and pull request https://github.com/cul-it/agrisufia/pull/23.
