Extent punctuation #18

Extent punctuation is imported. This means we get extent controlled vocabulary of "item" and "item." We should pick one. My preference is probably without end-punctuation.

There are a bunch of variations it looks like. I wonder if it is better to try and handle this on import or to use the vocab merge function after?

I realized there are a number of 300s that we've cleaned that need to be batch updated in Voyager. That may clean up some of these problems. But you're right, this may be something we clean with the merge function after. We should test that function's reliability.
