Change "friendly URL" for Mann spaces in LibCal #541

@cappadona I want to change the friendly URLs for some of our spaces in LibCal so that we're more consistent with the URLs for all our spaces, but I'm holding off on doing that for the moment because I don't want to break anything in our current site or our dev site!

Here are the URLs I would like to change:

How should I proceed (besides very carefully)?

@eeh53 Thanks for the heads up and great question. Feel free to change those friendly URLs to anything of your liking (P.S. I'm a fan of your planned changes).

You'll just want to make sure to also update the LibCal Public Page URL field for the space in the back-office to reflect any changes. You may notice that out of the spaces you've listed, the only one that currently has this field populated is the Stone Classroom. The reason being is that we're using that field to trigger whether to render the LibCal widget or the full LibCal public page.

So, in summary, you only need to update the field in the back-office for the Stone Classroom

@cappadona Thanks for the quick reply! That's great news, and glad you're on board with these changes. So, just to make sure I fully understand what you're saying, changing those friendly URLs for the collaborative workstations, interview room, one button studio, and 282 in LibCal won't cause any problems for the current Mann site, or any of our digital signage?

And the only field I need to update in the back office for the dev site is Stone Classroom - great!

@eeh53 Another great question. My previous answer was only accounting for the new Mann site (this project).

To answer your followup question, which provides clarity on your intended context (removes blinders):

YES, changing the rest of those friendly URLs in LibCal will result in multiple broken links across the current Mann site and digital signage for reservable spaces as well.

@cappadona Phew! I had a feeling that was the case. OK, I will hold off on changing those for now.
