Renames existing ISNI_LD4L_CACHE to ISNI_LD4L_WRAPPED. This reflects the fact that this service, although coming from the cache server, is in reality a wrap of a direct call to the ISNI API.
The ISNI_LD4L_CACHE authority name is now being used for an actual cache of an RDF download provided by ISNI.
