Add direct lookup for LC Geographic Areas #397

Create direct lookups for the LC Geographic Areas. http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/geographicAreas

Unsure if Christina extended the Samvera QA Code for LC lookups, which offers search for some LC vocabs: https://github.com/samvera/questioning_authority/wiki/Connecting-to-Library-of-Congress-%28LOC%29.

If Christina's approach uses LC's suggest2 json, here's an example search https://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/geographicAreas/suggest2/?q=cold%20regions
