Add winter break 2024 alert to RMC site #1259

Hello,

Would you be able to put a banner on the main Library website with the following information:

Early and Extended Winter Closure for Olin and Kroch! Olin and Kroch Libraries will close 6 p.m., Dec. 20, and reopen 8 a.m., Jan. 6. Rare and Manuscript Collections in Kroch Library will reopen 9 a.m., Jan. 13. Cornell University is closed from Dec. 25 – Jan. 1.

For the RMC Library page only: Early and Extended Winter Closure: Rare and Manuscript Collections will close 6 p.m., Dec. 20, and reopen 9 a.m., Jan. 13.

This wouldn’t need to go up on the website until Dec. 16th… but wanted to check in now to see if this is ok and do-able.
