Integrate New OneSearch with LibGuides

(Two weeks) before go-live, we would like to have all content in LibGuides that currently integrate with OneSearch to be switched to the new OneSearch. related to SES issues 5 and 6

[ ] Convert and test all scoped searches on test site.
[ ] Create a list of Summon assets/links that need to be redirected to EDS. (Summon links include "summon", "go.exlibris", "rp8jq9jy4s")
[ ] Update all scoped searches and assets.
[ ] Figure out workflows/recommendations for creating links to resources and scoped searches in the New OneSearch
