ILL Borrowing: When borrowing, there is no need to page because the item is in-hand when the Sierra brief record is created and put on Hold. The item is put on Hold so that it can get to the correct shelf while it waits for the patron to pick it up.

We might be able to manage this via Circulation Rules

ILL Borrowing needs this. There's no need to page a hold we get from another library because we already have the item in hand when we put a hold on the brief record on it in Sierra. We only create the hold so that the item can get the ON Holdshelf status while it waits for the patron to pick it up. (please tell me tomorrow if I should be telling you this stuff in another way other than these comments on Git.)
