EPIC: As a user, I need to be able to know how to get this item, so that I can use it.
User Story: As a student, I would like to be able to use the pdf of this article (or html of this article), because that is the format I prefer.

Full text links should come first and non full text links should be listed under "Additional Options" (or under another button). Example Choose your words wisely quiz.
