Clean up Item Types

We have identified roughly 75 Item Types to be cleaned up before migration. Areas include

@katallm - I looked at the Item mapping spreadsheet and identified some item codes that will/may affect ILL or Prospector. Let me know when you're ready to go forward on this. We will have to decide some of these in conjunction with whomever is hired in Coll. Couriers to run that section since Prospector and Mobius resides mostly with that section rather than mine.

@libraryfemme Are the locations in https://github.com/culibraries/folio/issues/40#issuecomment-963639517 ones that you want to keep or cleanup?

@jwfuller - I don't actually know, because Prospector and Mobius are not under my section. We only handle a few short routines for Prospector. The Prospector position is interviewing right now, so depending on who ends up as head of Collection Courier and Caretakers, it will have to be decided in conjunction with that person. Maybe Claire Hoag. I also think we should include Lisa Tatum and Curt Williams in this discussion.

We definitely want to keep 73.
