Clean up ERM records

We have 2400 ERM records in Sierra that need to be cleaned up prior to migration to FOLIO. We must decide which records to migrate and which (old trials, old cancellations, etc.) should be left behind. Prior to migration, so clean up of Fixed and Variable fields is necessary for an easier migration experience.
