Make Abstract Required on all Work Types #5

I agree but thought @andrewjohnson314 did not want this to be a requirement.

Yeah, Ryan and I talked it over, and I think it actually is a good idea going forward at least. If it causes issues with the data migration (i.e., if we have existing content with nothing in this field), we can wait to make it required until after we do that. We really just want to make sure that any users submitting content put something in this field going forward.

I had to make Abstract optional! 1440 items without Abstract.

Closing Issue! We can reopen if later resolution is found for the 1440 items without abstracts.
