Create kubernetes Cron tasks that run nightly to collect statistical data from Google Analytics.

Blocked: Solr Error: FileSet Error Fedora Repository #33

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Cron Job configured and stats successfully pulled nightly.
  2. If error occurs - Notification sent to Slack channel
