Fix "Creator" suffixes appearing before surname (should be Surname, First Middle, Suffix) [Priority Medium] #76

Initial data load from Bepress had problems with Suffix names. Jr., III, II errors.

Acceptance Criteria All existing names in CU Scholar with suffixes are displayed as Last Name, First Name Middle, Suffix)

Andrew Johnson: This could be a manual cleaning project for us or metadata, but we would need a list of the existing problem works if so
