Blank spaces in Academic Affiliation field. [Priority Low] #85

Currently, Samvera counts a blank space following a department name. Ex. "Chemistry" and "Chemistry " are considered two different departments resulting in a lot of duplicate departments when sorting.

This is an issue for author names as well
