Error: Approval process #98

CU Scholar user just let us know about this error: "I am trying to offer a document via https://doi.org/10.25810/4k6e-tf48. I noticed that when I am not logged in to Scholar, I get the message, "The work is not currently available because it has not yet completed the approval process." When logged in, I see the work just fine and the record says "Visibility public." Am I doing something wrong?"

This item is stuck in the approval process. Difference between FCrepo and Solr index. Attempted to update embargo and status through FCrepo API. Solr index has status of public and FCrepo status of inactive. This process continues to produce errors. Will continue to investigate.
