LIMIT to specific patron file rule (in Sierra - what is this in FOLIO?)

List #14 in Sierra shows the current search string: PATRON Fine Loanrule equal to "284," This report looks for all CU patrons (borrowing) who have fines related to an ILL. it does not involve lending at all. So yes, it does include items, fine amounts, and the p number of the patron.
